As a temporary measure due to the COVID-19 crisis, members are required to book a table to use the bar and the Club is required to record the names and contact details of all who use its facilities. The bar is open strictly to members. Membership will be checked and members MUST bring their membership card to gain entry.
You can request a table booking here. Bookings for a given day close 30 mins before the bar opens. If there is availability when the bar is open, walk-in bookings will be welcome but please check the booking plan before you attend. To help the staff, please try to give at least 24 hours notice.
Your booking request will generate an email to the Bookings Manager who will respond to confirm your booking or advise you if it is not possible to meet your request. Please provide a contact email address to which the response will be sent. Current restrictions mean that space is limited. Booking requests will be dealt with on a first-come first-served basis.
The maximum table size is 6.
You must indicate how many people the table is for and how many of them, if any, are children.
Please give a name, membership card number and contact details (phone number or email address) for each member. Unfortunately, this is a mandatory requirement to gain entry.
N.B. Membership card number may be different from AWMA membership number.
Your details will only be used to deal with your request and will not be passed to any third party unless required for Track & Trace purposes. Your details will be destroyed after a period of 21 days.
