Job Description
Your role will include:
- Providing excellent customer service and customer care,
- Working within the team and supervising the team; keep staff busy and productive at all times,
- Ensuring staff meet the standards of the bar, addressing and correcting bad practice where necessary,
- Maintaining back of house and cellar to a high standard,
- Pre-empting and actively responding to problems that arising and keeping the bar manager up-to-date at all times,
- Ensuring the venue closes on time and that end-of-day jobs are completed to a high standard,
- Cleaning and maintaining all equipment and notifying management of any issues,
- Assisting cash handling procedures as required,
- Delating effectively within the team,
- Covering for the Bar and Premises Manager during sickness absence and holidays.

- Previous experience of bar or club work,
- Good communications skills,
- Ability to work under pressure,
- Good time management and ability to prioritise effectively,
- High standards of honesty and integrity,
- Strong personality with ability to deal calmly and confidently with a diverse range of customers,
- Hard working and reliable with a strong work ethic,
- Good personal hygiene,
- Flexible and adaptable,
- Open and receptive to new information and ability to use common sense,
- Outgoing personality with the ability to build a rapport with others quickly.
